Uploaded in binary
Chmoded everything
No errors with mysql portion
admin view source comes up with

hum, thats pretty strange. Most times such a problem existed to my current users, were caused because not all files were uploaded properly in BINARY mode. Can you please upload once again all files for sure with BINARY mode and do the install. If that happens again, please pm me ftp info, so i can try to resolve problem or install by myself.
