Hi everyone,
It's nice to join this forum. I just downloaded SO and I'm looking forward to using it.
I got to the point in installation where you open the so-install.php file in the web browser. However, I couldn't go further yet because there were two red areas.
The first red area is: Register Global Support: PHP does not support Register Globals!
The second one is: CURL Library Support: PHP Does not support CURL Library! You won't be able to use the Thumbnailer!
I would appreciate any help on fixing these items. Thanks!

Well, you should contact your host support and tell them enable these two features for your account. Just point them to the install page and tell them to make your php configuration fit to the script requirements.
