Got my site up and going, but decided to add a new template and everytime I do it has a "Last Regenerated" date of December 31, 1969 18:00:00. And ie locks up and wants to send an error report. WTF happened? Is that my host?

Hi Dave:
Well I'm just a `new user' but I would think the `regenerated date' would come straight from your server so I'd get them to look at it.
On the top of the SO screen is the Server Date (left side) and Server Time (right side) correct? Well correct as in where your server is!
Just something to check on until Kaktus comes along or someone with more knowledge than me!

thx for the idea. checked the admin time and date, ther ok.
can this be caused by a MySQL problem? The only thing I can think of is I added cjoverkill. |

hi there man. Well, when you regenerate a template is it regenerating properly? Are you seeing the success screen right after the regen, also does the content change on the template?
If the regen date doesn't change, it means that the total regeneration has failed, and it must be something from the server, but answer me on the above questions so we can dig up whats exactly the problem..

Heyas kaktus,
I can add a template, but as soon as you put content in and hit update internet exploer (my browser) closes and asks if I want to send and error report. When I log back in and "search templates" its their (with no content) and a "last regenerated "date of "December 31, 1969 18:00:00".
Yeterday I added CjOverKill and a HardLink cgi-bin script. I used the same MySql user and db as so for cjoverkill (bad Idea?).

huh, really weird, it directly kills your browser..
can you try it out with different browser. I have no idea why would IE die, i have no special output there except regular html..

well, probably you have some virus/trojan or something with your IE is completely messed. You are the first one with such a problem, since the launch of the script before 2 years..

People out there are killing the adult industry!
Who the f&ck is going to want to surf sites if you end up with crap on your computer. I hope the fickeled finger of fate visits the ahole that put this on my computer.
