Hi
I think, i have read somewhere, that the token %%linktrades,xx%% puts also the links to my blogs in same category automatically. Or was that for the siteOrganizer?

no, its in Blogs Organizer 
Your blogs from the same category automatically appear in the hardlink trades, so you easily spread more traffic between your blogs and increase your PR

Hi
The problem is/was the following: The links from the other blogs do not appear automatically. Now after some more testin with the template MINIMALIS, where the links appear, i think that must be a problem with my template (self adapted in Goloive from Wordpresse theme SAND)
I think i will first rewrite and see whats going on.

Problem solved, before you ask i try to explain:
As mentioned above, i made the template in Adobe GoLive, from there i copied the source code into Blogorganizer.
I did the following:
I deleted all of the linefeeds and spaces (most of them) and set them new in the online editor and oops my linktrades where up. 
There must be some hidden shit from GoLive or some problems with codings
