I Just noticed, that my templates didnot update since i have updated to version 2.1 in may. Have You any idea what i could make wrong?

Well, in 2.1 the cron job must be changed, since the old way it was in 2.0 it was causing a problem so that people will lots template (over 50) were not regenerating all, because script was dying.. Since 2.1 the problem is solved and fixed, but the cronjob is being changed. Take a look at "General Settings->Cron Settings for more info..
