After I install the SO I get this message when I want to configure.

What is wrong?

turn off php safe mode. Contact your host support to do that for you.

well, if the safe_mode is off you should not get have this problem.

Please take a look again and make sure safe mode is really off. Make for example a page called phpinfo.php containing code:
<? phpinfo();?>

and look there if the safe mode is off. If still problem, pm me the url to this phpinfo page so i can take a look.

in my adminmenu from the provider I turned off, but it is still on. I cantact the provider and keep you informed.
