| my bo is not creating post links. My Boposts folder generates the same files as my boblogs folder. Any suggestions? |

what you mean same, yes , its almost same, and thats fine. what makes you think bo is not generating the post links - you can't access them via web or what?

Yeah I cant access them from the web, with php or html extension. I get 404 for html and no input file specified for php |

i see, then take a look in your .htaccess file, probably there is the error, since all those links to single posts, are not actual files, but done with mod rewrite from that .htaccess file. So look in it, or just get again the htaccess content from the linking methods..
