The Share Save image at the bottom of each post has been replaced by a 300x300 banner on several of my sites.
Can I get this back to normal or is there a way to remove the share save option? |

i am seeing the share button just fine, it just gets overlapped a bit from the flash movies when you mouse over it and it expands..

Hmmm, I just did a CTRL F5 reload to clear my cache and it is back to normal. Very strange. I have never seen that banner before so I'm pretty sure it's nothing I've done  |

hmm thats my antihotlinking banner.. weird.. maybe something old got cached on your pc and thats why it appeared..

Ah, I think I might have the answer. I was working with the RSS feed of the blog so the referer would not be from the same domain - so your anti-hotlinking would deliver the banner. Then my browser would cache it and next time I visit the blog I would see the banner from cache.
I don't htink it is a good idea to have anti-hotlinking on RSS feeds since they are really meant to be syndicated |

i don't have anti-hotlinking on the feeds, i have antihotlinking only on images hosted on the domain.
As a free hosting service, i can't let everyone directly hotlinking images from my server and using my bandwidth. Service is free as long as users are watching the content on the domain itself, which makes profits both for you and me.
If you are syndicating a feed elsewhere and the feed has images, you need to make it download images locally...
