| Hi, I keep getting these server is taking too long to respond messages. When it happens pornblogspace seems to go down for about 20 minutes before it comes back. Anybody else having the same problem? |

on what page exactly you are getting the error?
I just checked and it works fine, i checked error logs as well and nothing logged..

It's not specific to any page, it just happens periodically and then I can't get to any pornblogspace pages or sites at all. It's like the site is down. It's also strange that it comes back after about 20 mins. Is it possible to check the activity on the server because if other people are still getting access fine then it must be something specific to me or my region or ISP. It happened about 01:45 EST or 06:45 GMT today.
If anybody else is having this problem then please post to confirm it.

well, that looks to me like you are triggering the DDOS / bots protection by making over 100 connections to our server in pretty low amount of time..
Check your browser or something..

I really don't know, it maybe that if you have lots of content on your blog and you are refreshing the page way too much when making edits..

Ok it's gone again just after 06:30 EST or 11:30 GMT. I was in admin and hadn't even used it for a few minutes, no refreshes. Came back and clicked my blogs and it was gone with the same problem. I'm not convinced it's me causing it, unless my browser is doing something I don't know about. I have up to date virus and anti spyware software. I just ran a scan and it came back clean.
If it is a DDOS security protection. Could it be that something or somebody else is triggering it and the response is to block a range of IP address, which includes me? |

my protection is blacklisting IPs only, not whole networks.. depending on your provider, if multiple or all of your isp user go out via same IP, then it might be someone else on your network doing the many requests..
i don't keep logs on the protection, but now i enabled them. PM me your IP so i can keep an eye for it and post here when you get blacklisted again..
