Hello. I have been using GS for some time now and I like it a lot. It's easy to use and very stable.
I have one site (barebacktv.com) that uses SO. It uses only a small subset of the SO functionality, so I was thinking it would be nice to standardize on GS. This would save time and storage for me because I wouldn't have to load the content in two different places.
Problem is, I can't figure out how to create a template to make the GS output look like SO. In GS, it's very easy to make thumbnails from different galleries go DOWN the page (i.e., if your feed has 20 items, you have them stacked, one on top of the other, going down the page). However, I want to take this same 20 items and go ACROSS the page (e.g., same 20 item feed, but with 4 rows of 5).
I'm thinking this must be fairly easy, but I'm coming up dry. Any suggestions? TIA for your usual excellent support. |

simply insert that many pictures as you need in the feed template in GS and design it in a table or whatever way you need it to fit to your site design.. _________________

I must be missing something. If I say:
a href="{GAL_URL}" target="_blank"
img src="{PIC_150x200}" border="0"
...five times, yes I'll get five thumbs, but they'll all be from the same gallery. I want five thumbs across from five different galleries.
I could just use the code above once per gallery, but then the thumbs will eventually run off the right side of the page. The page is infinitely long, but not infinitely wide. So how do I tell GS to go to a new row every five thumbs?
An example would be extremely helpful and appreciated.

well, GS is setup to be blog post builder, not TGP kind of script..
You can display thumbs from different galleries at once.. _________________
