Is it possible for GS to randomize the templates used in the feed?
IE if I have 5 templates, have it randomly pick one of them for each entry in the feed, that way the feed doesn't look cookie-cutter. |

no, thats not available..
it was suggested before, but it can't be accomplished, because of the way the script is setup since the beginning. It generates the ready posts on the fly reading from the db and using the feed template. To make it work it needs to store in db and for what entry what template is used and the different options, and things will go really resource eating..
Better way is to make for example 3-4 different feeds with different templates and use them all at a blog so posts look different style.. _________________

Well, I suppose, since it would be used with BA... I could create 4 feeds, each updating once per day, instead of having 1 feed updated every 6 hours.
Then match all 4 feeds to a specific sponsor/category in BA. Having the same effect as 1 feed updated 4 times per day with random templates.
I find it's also easier to use GS feed template with just images, no text, and then use the BA entry reviewer to write custom descriptions, rather than using the GS text boxes to write descriptions. |
