Hi
I want to combine the gallery scraper feed with another RSS feed.
In other words...
I want to take the output from a galleryscraper post with the images and links to a gallery, and insert the text from another rss feed into that, so that it makes one post with my text and the images & links on my blogs.
I have my own RSS text that is written dynamicly that I spent alot of time on, and I want to use that in a post with my galleryscraper output. Combine both RSS feeds into one post.
Can this be done? |

I should probably add that I can also make the text that I want to insert into my GS post as text or html, it doesnt have to be RSS. But it does need to pull the text from a URL that I provide.
I just need a way to automate this, otherwise its useless to me.
I have galleryscraper, and blogs organizer. |

i don't see any automated way to do what you want to accomplish. Only by hand you can import your dynamic generated text to the posts _________________

But that totaly defeats the idea behind automated scripts
I cant do this manually on hundred of domains that get new posts daily. |

well, the scripts are designed to automate things as they are. You want to combine them with external custom script/source, ie its custom thing specific to your business. When you want to use it with the scripts, you need to find out a way to how make it work with them to automate the things.
Here's an example. As long as i understand you want to insert custom text in posts generated by GS. You can put in your GS posts something like {MYCUSTOMVARIABLE}. and it will appear in all posts in the place you put it. So you make a script that reads the produced feed, and replace that variable with your own text and prints the ready feed so you it anywhere you want.. _________________

Ok so this is what I'm planning on doing...
pull the feed from galleryscaper with php, add my text with an include and output that as a feed
Is this basicly the same thing you said?
Now whats best to put this in my blogs... blogs organizer, or would I need to get blogs automater? |

yes, its probably same thing.
you can use BO or BA, doesn't really matter. BA is more superior than BO when it comes to rss feeding, but since you have BO already you will do fine with it. _________________
