The page loads fine, but when I click the update button nothing happens. I've tried running the update in IE, Firefox, and Safari, and it hasn't worked in any of them. I double checked that I uploaded in binary. I downloaded the package again and tried again, but kept having the same problem. I've never had issues upgrading your software before. I'm not sure what to do at this point. Please advise.
