Hello!
My CMS use format of content files:
<?php
......
$content=<<<EOF>
and these files are inserted in main CMS template (where placed header, footer, left and right columns etc...):
<?php
$content=<<<EOF
<html>
.....
<body>
......
<div>$content </div>
......
......
How correct to insert SO template code - Regular and CURL codes?

well, i am not familiar with your CMS system, and can't say for sure how to do it.
the SO code is 1 line of php include statement. so as you insert any other php code inside your template at your CMS same should be and with the SO code.
if doesn't work maybe would be best to ask the support of the CMS how exactly to put php includes in the templates.
