Ok here is a copy of some galleries i tried to import:

Ok sorted but i'll leave this in here in case someone else makes the same mistakes.
Make sure you don't have double entries
Example.
http://galleryurl.com/|this is the |category|description with nice keywords|sponsor|category|
You see, when i replaced the list of gals in notepad with the name of the category, it also replaced a word here and there in the description
It should have been:
http://galleryurl.com/|this is the description with nice keywords|sponsor|category| |

well, yeah, if you do find&replace in text editor it will happen like that..
