Hello,
I've tried to install the free version of the script and I went thru the installation process. It said everything went fine, but I can't get into my admin panel because /index.php returns a completely blank page.... |

hi there, thats probably because you didn't upload properly in BINARY mode all script files. Reupload please all files again in BINARY mode, complete installation form again, and if again problemable, pm me url so i can take a look.

hi there. i have this blank page problem.
i have ssh access to my linux server and just uploaded the zip package and unzipped, as i always do. also tried copying the index.php page again in binary mode from my pc, no luck.
i think it might be zend related, im running Zend Optimizer v2.5.10, Copyright (c) 1998-2005, by Zend Technologies
help please? not really feeling like upgrading zend, hope i dont have to.
also worth mentioning the gs-install process completed successfully. |

hi there, when you were able to complete the gs-install file, i suppose the problem isn't from Zend Optimizer, since and its encoded too.
What probably the problem is, that not all files were transferred in BINARY mode, and like you did direct unpack on your server, could have caused that corruption..
Can you please unpack the package on your pc and reupload them to your server in BINARY mode. If that doesn't help, you can pm me url and ftp details, and i will go and see what the problem is.

well, on certain server it act like that.. don't know the exact reason.. its just one of those strange things that happen from time to time
