Hi. When I build a feed it just says "Building". It never finishes. Through FTP I can see that it generated the 'feed_1.txt' but in the Feeds folder it doesn't create "feed1.xml". If I hit "rebuild" it does switch to normal and creates "feed1.xml" but it is just a blank template so it never finished generating in the first place.
All the perms are set correctly, binary install, etc.. I'm used to installing your products so i'm familiar with your script requirements.
Any ideas?

well, i noticed this problem if you have have selected sponsors/categories for your feed that don't have any galleries. Please check if the sponsors/categories you have selected the feed to use, really have contents.
If all looks fine, send me by a pm url and pass to your GS install, so i can take a look..

any idea what caused this problem. Looks like I have the same.

hi there, first make sure you have galleries under the sponsor and category you have assigned to the feed. Also make sure your image magic "convert" path is a valid one and php scripts can execute it.
If no luck after you look on these details, pm me url and pass to the admin area so i can take a look.

Hi back,
I checked the path to image magic (how can i check if its executable?)
should be valid also checked for gallery and sponsor assignment - should be ok also
I am using hostgator...any idea where to look for?? |

um, there was some problem with hostgator if i remember correctly..some finetunes were needed, but don't remember exactly.. pm me url and pass to your GS admin so i can take a look...
