All was working fine but now when I go to ad an entry to a manual gallery. I have problems.
I click update gallery, I get my template click on the space to add my image and then I get a page of nonsense like below:

Any help would be appreciated.
On another note, If I backed up my database and did a clean install and then just restored the database would it work ok?

thats a permissions issue.. make sure all the necessary script folders to be writable..
about the database, yes it will work only if you install same script version as the one you were on, otherwise your database might not match..

Hi,
I checked the files and directories and made sure the permissions were the same as the install instructions suggested and I still have the same problem.
could I try other permission levels As I understand some hosting companies dont like some top level directories set at 777?

you need to make sure script can write to the directories. 755 could work and etc..
but also you need to chmod and the inner directories. For example you need to chmod
/thumbs/mfeedID
not just the thumbs directory
