| Oh, I also would love to see a bigger form field to edit the templates. Wider.. now I`m copying my templates to my texteditor first and then copy them back. |

| Oh another idea.. maybe an option to set how strong a niche is represented (in %) when choosing allniches.. i.e. like 50% teen, 30%babe and 20% hardcore. |

And an general idea for making things easier..
You should build in a check that convertes wrong template and niche names automaticly to working ones. Like right now I find out that I cannot use niche names like: teen_sex or hardcore_movies.. |

Hi
Have been using SO for a couple of days now, and like what I have discovered.
I would like to offer a few improvements/additions/changes on what I have found so far
1) A few of my sponsors (SPACash is one) offer rotating banners that pass through a script. Could you remove the option to require a gif or jpg extension on banner images i.e some of the banners I want to use are <img src=url_to_script.cgi> - SO doesn't allow this
2) The option to use our own CSS class or ID names instead of the coded sotoplisttable and sotoplisttd
3)Have trades related to template (site), rather than (or as an alternative to) niche.
4) I don't know how Zend works, but would it be possible to send the generated pages through the optomizer, thus reducing file size AND subsequent loading times?
5) Removing the use of tables. This is a lot of work, I know, but it will dramatically decrease page loading times, especially in the Mozilla browsers.
I'm probably expecting too much from a mass producing script with item number 5, but the others should be achievable.

thanks Steve for the great feedback. I am aware for all of the things you mention and i have them in my todo list, just time is needed to make them.
Only the Zend stuff you propose, can't be done, since there is no way the script to encode the produced pages, as long as the zend encoder is purchasable product of big price and must be purchased by you and installed on your host..
the other things will be done with the time..

- Create archives per site/template.. would be great to easily create an archive per niche.
- Check when importing galleries.. characters like ' and ` give errors and cant be used.
- Spider galleries when importing. This too would be great. an option to spider galleries on keywords and put them in multiple (or just one) catagories.
Just some more suggestions |

Another suggestion for importing galleries.
I.e. the lightspeed hosted galleries come in the format desc|url instead of url,desc. Now, its easy to change the | in a comma with search and replace. But its a little hard to switch all the descriptions and urls around .. An option like AGP had (www.jmbsoft.com) would be great. They give you the option to choose in which order the info is placed and should be imported.. |

There are problems with thumbnailer i- Thumbnail new command. Sometimes it picks up parts of design instead of the thumb.
I recommed you implement a 2 step solution..
a) when new thumbnails are generated and results displayed, there should be a DELETE GALLERY link next to each thumb, so that badly generated thumbs - galleries can be deleted easily. THIS IS A REALLY SIMPLE SOLUTION
b) THE HARD SOLUTION
After results are processed and shown, there should be an option of changing thumbnail, selected the pic of the gallery that you wish to be thumbnailed. |

yeah, i am aware of this problem, thats why the thumbnailer is in beta version in the current release. In the upcoming upgrade, it will be fixed and more features will be added.

thanks for your opinion. Well, there is no autosignup trade form, since the traffic system in SO is built mainly to exchange traffic between your sites runned by SO and not by sites of other webmasters. Soon there will be real trading system built in and there will be autosignup form.
