| is there a way to select which picture from the gallery should be used as the thumb? Right now I find either random or first pic is the only choice |

yes, right now it picks either first or by random.
in the new version i am about to relase there are new "manual feeds" where you make all thumbs by yourself.

yes, there will be manual thumb selector and cropper. Just like in TGP scripts..
