well, if you use your GS feeds to feed blogs, turning on the resubmit galleries feature in GS will not be in any help. Resubmit galleries automatically starts resubmitting them when there are no new galleries to pick from the database. For example you have your feed update interval to 10 hours. And lets say on next update time there are no more unused gals to pick from the db, it will make the oldest entry in the feed with today's date. If you use the feed for blogs, thats not worth, because the post title is same and scripts will ignore it. It is mainly worth if you use the feed so surfers bookmark it or something like that and if you run out of new gals, feed will be still updating and surfers seeing different content.
When you feed your blogs from rss feeds in BO, its no good to put resubmission, because feeds one way or another get updated regularly and your blogs will not become idle, so actually the resubmission is not advicable there. its mainly if you have some really really long time updating feeds..
