hi, i have some problem when posting feeds to wordpress blog.

to post i use rss2blog and every feed is posted doubled in one post.

for example the feed says :

"hi to all"

so i'll have :

"hi to all"
"hi to all"

any ideas?

same feed will work fine in blog organizer.

thanks

probably the problem is in rss2blog and how it handles the feeds. If you don't see the post being listed twice in the feed itself, there's no way it will appear twice on a blog, unless the software/plugin reading the feed has something wrong or wrong settings..

what i have in the feed is one tag of "description" and another tag "
Code:
<content>
without underscore". both have the same content so i guess this is the problem?

any way to change that?

yes, the feed has both fields filled with same content, because the different rss readers read the one or the other field. The GS feeds are made to contain both fields for compatibility with any rss reader.

If rss2feed is set to read both fields, then that could be the problem. See in its settings if you are able to specify which fields only to read from feed.

In GS i haven't put options to choose what fields to print out

i see... its weird they made it read both fields and no option to choose...

about what could you try... people are using feedburner for such plays with feeds when there is some problem in the feed or the software reading it.. try importing your GS feed into feedburner and then rss2blog read from the feedburner feed..
