Support made a 'change' then asked me put path like this /usr/local/bin/php and now is baffled.
This is their last reply
So your programmer thinks that there is something with PHP? Are you sure
this app will work on PHP5?
Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

well, i am not sure if the cronjob file is executed properly. It could be and permissions problem, but first must make sure the cronjob is getting executed fine. To troubleshoot it, you can pm me url and pass to your SO admin and also ftp details, so i can go and do some tests. _________________

I've been running the regen manually since my last email, but have been really busy on other things so I haven't had time to investigate either. This week I installed your Blogs Automater (I starting to really like your family of products) and the cron jobs run perfectly! Given that, it seems the server side might not be the issue.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
Thanks for your help. |

I also tried the lynx command earlier in this post and got the below message - remember I do have Blog Automater working fine.

do you get same message if you run the file through web? like http://www.yourdomain.com/so/socron.php
probably not..
i think in your command line php executable the zend optimizer is not enabled. probably the php.ini for the command line needs to be touched.. _________________
