Hey there,
the first thing you need to do is to move your whole SO directory by keeping the exact structure and the permissions of the files. The second thing is to export your SO mysql database from your old host and import it to your new host. The final step is to manually edit the file "soinfo.inc.php" and on the first lines you must set your new mysql information. If everything is okay, check out the admin area if everything is okay and your sites..
