Ok, i'm getting the hang of this, and making some progress.
Problem I'm having now is that when I click on one of my gallery pics, I get:
403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /soout.php on this server.
Any idea on how to fix this? |

hmm, looks like some wrong permissions of the soout.php file from the SO package. Go and see its permissions if they are same like for example index.php , if not fix them.. good chmod is 755.

Yeah, that was actually the first thing I tried. Still not working.
Anything else I might try?
* just for the record though, i've been very impressed with how quickly you reply with your help, and I intend to purchase the full version, with support, just as soon as I figure it all out. |

um, well, when its not from the permissions, you will have to ask your host support look why it happens like that. I remember 1 or 2 other clients of mine had such problems in the past, and one time it was because of permissions, and the other time it was something problemable with the apache server. And yes, this is not a problem from the script, since you get apache error response, so just pass the url with your test links to your host support and they should resolve the issue. If more problems, keep me posted...
