To use a banner you need url to which the banner links when clicked and image for the banner. So, in SO you have to do same - import url and image. So just paste in the form like: http://www.thepaysite.com|http://traffic.heidisexpecting.com/banner/banner2.gif and in the "delimiter" field of the form, type | as that symbol is your separator between the url and the image. And that will work.
