This section in the script is the place to Import new galleries to the database.
The script is powered with the most "smart" bulk import system available so you can easily mass tons of import galleries.
To import new galleries, first make sure you set the proper delimiter for the fields of the import list you gonna import.
Next make sure the import list, contains one gallery information at a line.
Don't worry if your import list doesn't meet exactly the default import format listed there! At the 2nd screen of importing, you will have the chance to manually say to the script which field from your import list, to what value it corresponds!
At import time, make sure your Sponsor and Category values in the import list you gonna import, match exactly the corresponding values from the script database, otherwise the galleries will be put in Default Category and/or Default Sponsor
If you wish the script to spider the galleries you will import for:
- title tag
- meta description
- text in the gallery body itself
then, select the checkbox Spider Galleries for Text
You can use the extracted text either as description or long description for the gallery, or use it to extend the description or long description.
Spidering the galleries for text is useful in case you don't have descriptions for the galleries you wish to import!
When Spidering galleries for text you will be taken to a page where you can easy copy and paste and/or modify the descriptions information for each gallery. Note: that at that page the galleries are NOT yet imported in the system, at the bottom of the page, there is "submit" button, which you need to click to add the galleries to the database.
If you wish the script determine what kind of galleries you import, you can select the checkbox Determine Galleries Type. That will make script determine whether the gallery is pictures or movies one.
Script doesn't allow duplicated galleries in database
