Morning
I think I am have problems with permission settings on the files. Both of my host providers do not allow any file with a 777 attribute to run.
When I change the attribute to 700, I just get a blank page after I type in the URL.
Any suggestions? |

huh, thats pretty strange..
well, try making the chmod to 666, i think that should work. If not notify me again and i will think again over this problem.. |

Morning
I changed soinfo.inc.php to 666 and nothing changed.
I changed soinfo.inc.php to 766 and I get the following error message
"Fatal error: Incompatible file format: The encoded file has format ID 2003120701, whereas the Optimizer can read up to 2002062301 in /home/denier56/denier56.protgp.com/docs/so/so-install.php on line 0"
As it stands right now, I have the following files set to:
soinfo.inc.php 766
so-install.php 766
sohtml dir 766
so dir 755

Huh man, the problem comes that the Zend Optimizer on your server is pretty old version, while my script is encoded with new one. You are on Pro TGP hosted, right? I am using them too, and had no problems with the Zend Optimizer. Maybe your server older one.. So could you just ask the support to update their Zend Optimizer on your server. After that i think everything should be fine..
Notify me with any progress or future problems.. |
