I installed SO and set everything up.
Now I want to go back in and modify my template and add more niches.
How do I get back to the admin area? When I visit index.php, it just takes me to my main page.

I did install the script in the root directory...
Is that possibly the problem? Is the script not supposed to be installed in the root directory? |

| My guess would be no since the so index.php will conflict with your main page as you have discovered. I don't know if it will work renaming it to soindex.php or something (probably not), but personally I just installed in a folder named "so". |

Well, SO is not supposed to be installed in the main root directory. It needs to be in subdirectory. Thats why the package archive is within folder "so" for example, so you just unpack and upload the whole folder "so" to your server.
Otherwise if you install it in the root folder, as you already experienced, it interracts with your index file..
Please reinstall in subfolder.. |
