Thumb Galleries in Site Organizer, means all the galleries that have thumbnail previews along with them. You can either add galleries with ready thumbs or add galleries and create thumbnails for them automatically.
To add galleries with already ready thumbs, just use Add Galleries within this section. Just make sure when supplying the thumbnail for the gallery, you typed the full URL to its location.
To add new galleries and thumbnail them automatically use the form at Thumbnailer->Thumbnail New
