Hi Kaktusan - hopefully you can help me out...

Just installed GS on a server and was trying to create a feed. However, when I try and do a manual feed I can't seem to crop an image. As soon as I try and crop, it brings back an error. I can see the crop button and the images from the gallery no problem. I can even re-size the area I want to crop. But as soon as I hit "crop", it sends me an error.

Here is what I have tried thus far:

- Tried Firefox, which brings back a blank screen after I hit the crop button.
- Brings back an 500 internal Server Error in IE after I hit the crop button
- I can see the images from the gallery and the crop button itself, so not an issue connecting to the gallery or an adobe flash issue (updated flash on my computer just in case).
- Tried importing locally - just in case, but that didn't work.
- Auto feed works, so I know Imagemagick is working; and double-checked to make sure the path to convert is correct.
- Re-uploaded the "templates" folder, to make sure it wasn't corrupted, but still having this problem
- Turned on debug in Apache, and no errors are logged about this, so my ability to troubleshoot is pretty much at a standstill.

The 500 error in IE pointed me to some sort of server side error, so I updated php5 (just to make sure), double-checked mysql and for good measure restarted Apache. But I am still getting this error.

Hopefully you have some other suggestions I can try? I hope its not something simple I missed...

Thanks in Advance.

Tramp

BTW: your scripts and your service are always awesome!

hm, never had such a problem there, so i can't say from now what it could be. Probably something is not liked by the server, but best would be to pm me url and pass to GS admin so i can take a look and then decide what to do..
