This is an issue with the mod_security module of Apache. Long complex URLs will trigger a rule violation and not pass security ... |

Ok, after further research I have found that a nats link that lists a page does not work
ie:
http://girls.naughtystaff.com/gals/alektra/pics/01/?nats=MTgyOTEwOjU6NA,0,0,0,165
works perfectly
